Our Formal Status

Legal Recognition

Our institution is legally recognized as a foundation by the District Court of Tiranë in Albania, with decision number 639. However, ISTL is not accredited by the Ministry of Education of Albania (MEA) as an educational institution because MEA does not yet have the appropriate regulations to do so.

We hold a certification and accreditation that affirm our commitment to providing high-quality education:

- ECTE Accreditation: Recognized by the European Council for Theological Education for meeting rigorous academic standards.

Founded in 2008, our institution has a rich academic excellence and community engagement history. Over the years, we have become a leading provider of theological education, committed to nurturing our students' intellectual and spiritual growth.

- TCM International Institute: In addition to our Bachelor of Theology program, ISTL has expanded its offerings in collaboration with TCM International Institute, allowing students to pursue a master's degree.
